- A document should be complete and contain all the crucial info.
So, upload a photo of the doc with all four edges clearly visible. Make sure your scan includes important details such as date, address, photo, serial number, etc.
- The document you provide should be readable. Therefore, upload a high-resolution photo without any blurs or spots.
- The name stated on the document should be the same as the name you specified when you opened the account.
- Make sure you provide a private account bank statement. Using a business account for betting activities is prohibited.
- The document you submit must contain a signature if it's entailed.
- The expired docs are not accepted. Make sure that the document you submit is valid, and that the proof of address is no older than three months.
